About Rachael Green
Rachael Green is a blogger passionate about health, nutrition, and nervous system regulation. She shares her chronic illness recovery story to encourage others on similar journeys. For years, she was debilitated by severe pain, fatigue, and neurological symptoms, and was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, chronic Lyme disease, dysautonomia, Chiari malformation, gastroparesis, and more. At her worst, she was essentially bed-bound and barely surviving. Through brain retraining, nervous system regulation, animal-based nutrition, and other supportive tools, she found a path to healing. Now able to work, travel, hike, and rock climb, Rachael is committed to sharing a message of hope for those living with chronic illness.
