I already have a website, can I still use Sofia Health?
Absolutely! We know you put a lot of time, effort, and resources into building your website and your brand. You can use Sofia Health to create and run your online business as a standalone webpage or you can use it in conjunction with your website to fill your schedule gaps and book more clients.
How do fees work on Sofia Health?
Sofia charges practitioners $39.99 a flat monthly fee to set up your business and add all of your services to the marketplace. There are no hidden fees, no contract fees, no sign-up fees, no cancellation fees, and no client referral fees.
If you sell products, you are charged xx%. Please note that we use Stripe for payment processing, all services and products sold will incur a credit card processing fee of 2.9% plus a $0.30 fee.
How do I get paid?
You can accept payments from 45+ countries with Stripe for all Sofia Health transactions. The initial payout typically takes 7 days after the first successful payment for new Stripe accounts, with some industries potentially experiencing a waiting period of up to 14 days. Following this initial period, subsequent payouts can be received in as little as 2 days depending on your location. For more specific payout timelines, please refer to Stripe’s support page.
What can I sell on Sofia?
Sofia provides a marketplace for individuals who are looking to get and stay healthy, providing support for their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Customers can find 1:1 appointments, group classes, physical and digital products such as e-books, guides, packages, memberships, and more.
How can I attract more clients through Sofia Health?

Does Sofia Health screen practitioners?
No, Sofia Health does not screen practitioners. Due to the varying nature of licenses, certifications, and regulations across different regions and professions, we do not have a minimum certification requirement.
How long is the free trial period for Sofia Health?
Sofia Health offers a 30-day free trial, granting you full access to all features during that time. After the trial ends, subscription fees will apply.
